COVID-19 INFORMATION FOR OUR PATRONS

March 16, 2020 Update

 

We regret to announce that all April events have been canceled. The shows affected are:
The Greatest Showman Sing-Along on April 4
The Piano Men on April 11
Classic Albums Live on April 17 and April 18
We are working with artist management of each show to attempt to reschedule. Ticket holders will be contacted with ticketing options, including refunds. 
 

March 12, 2020 Update

The City of Vista’s Moonlight Amphitheatre Cares About its Community…

With the announcement of California Governor Newsom’s March 11 directive that all events and public gatherings of 250 or more people that are scheduled through March 31 be cancelled, The Moonlight intends to do its part in being a good community partner. Although our capacity at ClubM is under 250, The Moonlight has decided to cancel the March 14 performance of Allison Spratt Pearce. The Moonlight feels that the greater good of our patrons, artists, volunteers, and staff is paramount during these current conditions. This move also follows the City of Vista’s decision to cancel all public events it is holding through March 31.

TICKETING OPTIONS

To support Moonlight programs, you may elect to donate your tickets back to us; or
You may receive a full refund of your March 14 tickets; or
You may place the value of your tickets on your account which can be used for another event.

For assistance with any of these options, please contact VisTix at 760.724.2110, or by email at vistix@cityofvista.com. We will be contacting patrons who are holding tickets to the March 14 performance to discuss ticketing options.

March 11, 2020 Update

 

The health and safety of our patrons, artists, and employees is our utmost priority. The City of Vista and Moonlight Stage Productions continues to monitor the CDC’s recommendations regarding the COVID-19/Coronavirus and we remain in contact with local and state health officials. We will update our patrons as necessary with new information as it becomes available and encourage everyone in the Moonlight family to stay educated and make decisions that are best for them and their families.

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

Though current risk factors in our area remain very low, we are implementing new procedures to ensure Moonlight will remain a safe place to gather, amid current global health concerns. These include the following:

  • Increased janitorial services, specifically frequent disinfecting of all high-touch areas, e.g. doorknobs and handles, all counter surfaces, seat arms of (both hard seats and lawn chairs), and handrails.
  • Alcohol wipes placed throughout the theatre, including ticketing counters, in restrooms, on the patio, concessions area, and other high traffic areas.
  • Hand sanitizer placed throughout the venue, including ticketing counters, in restrooms, on the patio, concessions area, and other high traffic areas.
  • If you are not feeling well, we ask that you call to reschedule your tickets. We will waive all exchange fees due to illness - until further notice.

EVENTS

Scheduled events are proceeding as planned, but are subject to change. Should the need to cancel an event or performance arise, we will notify ticket holders through the contact information provided at the time of purchase. We will also keep our website and social media accounts updated with current information.

QUESTIONS

What if my event is postponed?
Should your event be postponed, your tickets and seats will be directly transferred to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you have the option to receive a full credit that may be used for a future event, receive a full refund, or donate the ticket value to help support Moonlight programs.

What if my event is cancelled?
If your event is cancelled, you have the option to receive a full credit that may be used for a future event, receive a full refund, or donate the ticket value to help support Moonlight programs.

I have tickets to an upcoming event that has not been cancelled. What if I decide not to attend?
We will continue to be in contact with local and state health officials. If they deem the event safe to attend, but you feel more comfortable staying home, you may receive a full credit (the value of your tickets) for a future Moonlight event. All exchange fees will be waived until further notice.
