The Moonlight is committed to creating a welcoming and accessible space for all visitors. 

Questions or specific needs? Call our box office, VisTix at 760.724.2110. Please contact us well in advance of your visit so we can ensure we are providing the best service possible! Any request made at the event without advance notice will be handled as resources are available. 

Parking & Drop-off

Accessible parking and wheelchair access is available at the North Gate. If all available accessible parking spaces are taken upon arrival, we recommend dropping off your party at the North Gate, parking in the main lot, then taking the shuttle back to the gate where you can meet your party.

Seating

Accessible seating is available in the orchestra, reserved and lawn seating areas.

If a patron with mobility needs purchases a lawn ticket and cannot sit in a lawn chair, they may call the box office in advance at 760.724.2110 to reserve a mobility chair that can be used to allow the patron to sit and be taken onto the grass area in a safe manner. One of our friendly house staff members will be happy to assist you upon arrival.

Listening Systems

Listening system receivers are available free of charge at the sound booth located at the rear of the amphitheater. Photo ID is required as a deposit and will be returned at the end of the performance.

Accessible paths, restrooms & features

Accessible pathways, concession stands, and restrooms are available throughout the venue. Accessible picnic tables are available although the number of total picnic tables is limited so we recommend arriving early or reserving a patio table.
