Seat donations are 100% tax-deductible and funds go to support the work you see on stage at The Moonlight.

Q. What is the cost by section? 

Q. Can I choose my seat?
A. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your first preference is not available, the Foundation will work with you to find a comparable option.

Q. Will I be able to sit in my seat(s) at performances?
A. Seat plaque purchases do not include a personal seat license and we cannot guarantee that the seat(s) which you have named will be available for you when you attend ticketed performances.

Q. How do I order a seat plaque? Can I order online?
A. Please fill out an order form and email it to Jena Ralls, jena@moonlightfoundation.com, or call the Moonlight Cultural Foundation office at (760) 630-7650.

Q. Is there a character limit for inscriptions?
A. Each inscribed plate will be placed on the arm rail of your chair (or on the ground next to the seat numbers for Reserved Lawn seats). Please limit the inscriptions to two lines, with 15 characters each. We ask that no inscriptions carry connotations offensive to good taste and decency.

Q. How long will my inscription appear on the seat?
A. The inscription you designate will remain on your Moonlight Amphitheatre seat(s) for 10 years (10 seasons). At that time, your seat(s) can be renewed, and the plaque will remain, or the seat will open back up in our available inventory.

Q. How will my gift be recognized?
A. In addition to the inscription on your seat plaque, your donation will be listed in the Summer Season programs during the year of purchase. You will also be recognized as a contributor to the ‘Leave Your Mark’ campaign on our website. Moonlight Cultural Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and your unrestricted donation is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by the IRS.
