About Us

Entertainment that inspires!

Moonlight Stage Productions is an award-winning professional company committed to producing high quality musical theatre for North County. Now more than ever it's important to tell stories that connect us and allow us to learn new perspectives, and we’re proud to have staged more than 240 shows over 44 years. Join us every summer for Broadway’s Best Under the Stars!

Our musicals are produced from the ground-up; utilizing Broadway and regional on-stage talent as well as professional technical designers and crews. Every show also features a full orchestra performing live in the pit! We invite you to return each summer for moving stories and fantastic scores.

Moonlight Stage Productions also hosts the Moonlight Concert Series, bringing you live music entertainment all year long. From tribute bands to contemporary favorites, there’s a concert for everyone!

We are proud to support the next generation of artists through our partnership with Moonlight Youth Theatre. Moonlight Stage Productions is a cultural arts program of the City of Vista with support from the Moonlight Cultural Foundation. We salute the Vista City Council for their significant and enduring support of the City of Vista's cultural arts programs.

Moonlight Amphitheatre is arguably the leading cultural treasure of North County. Located in Vista’s Brengle Terrace Park, the venue provides an idyllic location for enjoying the outdoors while watching high-quality performances...both the venue and the company provided the kind of experience a cultural treasure should provide." -San Diego Story

New York has met its match.” - StageScene LA

As a lifelong North County resident, I fondly look back at my experiences seeing productions at Moonlight Amphitheater during my childhood and then being able to share those experiences with my own children. Moonlight is such an incredible gem in North County!” - Senator Catherine Blakespear
