Picnicking at the Moonlight Amphitheatre is one of the most unique theatre-going experiences offered anywhere. Pack your own picnic supper and head to the Moonlight this summer, but leave the chairs at home because we provide them for you - free as part of your lawn seating ticket. Beer and wine is permitted. For each musical, the gates open 90-minutes before showtime so that you can savor the experience of attending a Moonlight production: expansive green lawns for picnicking, socializing with family and friends while enjoying your picnic supper, taking in the sunset, then enjoying a breath-taking musical. This is the magic of the Moonlight!

Introducing the Artisan Café, our new restaurant at the Moonlight! Chef Dave Krohn and his team are introducing an entirely new culinary experience for you. Chef Dave brings his 23-year career to the Moonlight having worked at a long list of great hotels and distinguished restaurants throughout the United States. The Artisan Café will feature a new menu and a new dining experience including sit-down dinners with exemplary service. Watch for other new offerings including pre-ordered picnic baskets complete with all the fixings and after-show receptions where you can mingle with Moonlight artists. Pre-show dinner menus and ordering information, along with all of the other new offerings, will be available here soon.
Please note: for all other events and/or rentals: Box office and venue entry times will vary and be determined by the renter or presenter. Outside food and alcohol will not be permitted into the amphitheatre for rental events.
